I've seen it dry like this, this is hardly the first dry Winter, we had a couple rain-years in the low one-digits back in the 90s IIRC, and the last couple years have been wet, so we were due for some dry.

I like the 80 degree New Years Days we get now and then for the Rose Parade.

I do see effects in my garden though, things start growing earlier than they once did.
