while it was informative one glaring omission was just WHO will I be purchasing insurance coverage from? Is it going to be more of the same...blue cross, anthem, etc, or will there be any new agencies in the mix? I'm hoping to find a nonprofit insurance. Will that even be in the mix? Or is this just to funnel more customers to the big agencies? If it offers both, then I'd be ok with it.
