I am hoping that the execrable nature of the proposed bill keeps it from making it onto the Google site (so I can read it, for instance), but I could not find anything on "SB 799", even when linked to "Anderson", "gas chamber", etc. There is a concurrent bill with that nomenclature which deals with hospitalization for cancer patients. Any clues?
