... given that self-identification as a tribe is a factor in federal recognition as a tribe, self-identification should be the determining factor, not an arbitrary time constraint imposed by a governing body with a long history of abusing native communities, up to, and including, FUCKING GENOCIDE!
But employing Roger fucking Stone in ANY capacity constitutes a serious lapse in judgement.
