Court bans Kars4Kids ads in California for violating false advertising law

4. My radio has survived regular bombardment with shoes over the years.

The new jingle is way more annoying, what little that gets heard before shutdown.

I looked it up long ago. One shouldn't have to do that.

I thought the ad was played today.

If it indeed goes away, there will still be the lawyers, accountants, stock jocks and dick fixers galore.

I actually look forward to the relatively benign ads from Tony's pizza, Amici's and Taco Bell.

For a while, I would "listen" to the station on a YouTube feed but felt that wasteful. Video of rookie low-cost kids taking the place of adults with families who were shitcanned to save money, instead of low data rate audio.


But for whatever reason, YT wouldn't play the ads, a nice experience.

No games, though.
