My family and friends went with both of them. They vote by mail, I always take my ballot to a drop box on Election Day since I am one of those weirdos who actually LOVES to vote. Always have and always will. I taught all of my 1st grade students how to vote every year and we voted for everything (I have I VOTED stickers in 4 languages with my old school supplies). My enthusiasm rubbed off on my students. They felt so happy when they had a say in classroom decisions (like what game to play at recess). We did anonymous ballots with privacy boards, they collected and tallied votes in silence, their issues were the subject of all voting, etc. My classroom was a democracy where civics was the norm. If an administrator ever caught me I'd get into serious trouble since this is not part of the curriculum. My kids knew to lock the door and if a "grown up" came walking towards my classroom door they would hide stuff in their desks in a nanosecond.
