what in the HELL is going on with Xavier Becerra. He's a YES vote. He always votes correctly, and I'm guessing he's kanoodling with Pelosi this time. When I called his L.A. office, the staffer told me he wants to hear more evidence about the chemical weapons. Time to call again.
