3. I cannot figure out how to deal with the income

Sep 2013

is it last year's or estimate of next years? And if it is last year, they tell me to look on my tax return after the medical insurance deduction, which lowers my income into the medical range. But I have my own farm/business and used to not be eligible for medical because of the farm assets. Any ideas of how to deal with the income when one has wildly fluxuating income year to year?

The reason I ask is... I want to get an ACA plan at the end of the month and not wait. NYC_SKP Oct 2013 #19
No ACA plan is effective until Jan. 1, regardless of current coverage. Dec. 15 is the filing date. pinto Oct 2013 #20

I don't think anything's available 'till 1/1. Save for expanded Medi-Cal access. Not sure on that. pinto Oct 2013 #22
