Crowds are gone, the water is as warm as it's going to get, and as clear as it gets in the year, and the weather is consistently good.

One of the things that makes me happiest about being at a school on the quarter system is that I don't have to go back until late September, when all those semester-school people (and the K-12s) have been locked up since the end of August...
