5. What do you do when you have only two options?

One is a republican who you know holds views that go against your political beliefs, the other is a democrat who you might not like? Who do you vote for then?

Yes, bob filner was awful, the time to expose his flaws was before he was nominated. I don't think it's fare to say that voting straight party is lazy if the party stands for what you believe in. Was I not supposed to vote for Gore because I found lieberman despicable? Unfortunately, politics isn't pretty and we are faced with difficult choices.
