My stepbrother getting rear-ended could have happened anywhere (?), but this is a pretty atrocious crime. I wonder how much of a fight they could have put up that could have warranted such brutality. Let's hope the LAPD gets the perpetrator/s fast because just judging from the LA Times comments the Chinese/Asian community is pretty upset.
