4. I was surprised when Texas enacted some laws to cut down on water usage

Such as barring home owner associations from requiring sodding of grass with St Augustine which requires lots of water and allowing grasses which does not require as much water. We have gone to using surface water, not drawing so much from wells. Conservation is good.
