Solano's largest city, Vallejo, is poor, diverse, and Blue. The second largest, Fairfield, is becoming a destination for people priced out of Oakland by the people who have been priced out of San Francisco.

Napa, meanwhile, is touristy and affluent, like the Monterey Peninsula.
