...but "assault weapons", which are used to kill a couple of hundred people a year, are immoral. Never mind the disease and illness caused by tobacco and alcohol

And of course there's NO WAY such a precedent could EVER backfire on, say, Planned Parenthood, or places that sell birth control, or recreational or medical marijuana. Nope, no way.
