2. Everybody stay safe!

We experienced one when we were in a camper at Hatteras one year. Thankfully the campground was fine, but a half mile up the road it looked like all the shrubs, trees, etc. were leveled. That was the first time I ever heard the word "derecho".

Here's hoping it the system peters out it heads east. We have to be at a meeting tonight, so we plan on dosing our German Shepherd up with her anti-anxiety tincture before we head out.
