3rd amendment: No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

I suppose hotels have been empty, and probably get paid. So hotel workers might be back to work now.

It would be sweet if they stayed in Trump hotel and left without paying.
