Trumptilla Boat Parade Aims To Be Loud And Proud On The Potomac

Boat enthusiasts who support President Trump will be hosting a boat parade and rally Sunday afternoon on the Potomac River.

Schedule:

•12:45 p.m. - Boaters will lineup at the Woodrow Wilson Bridge in the no wake zone. Boaters will be traveling north and communicating on Channel 78.
• 1 p.m. - Trumptilla Boat Parade will start with the sound of an air horn. Parade participants must follow the lead boat and two chase boats. The parade route will head north along the Potomac River to Haines Point and with a starboard heading to the Memorial Bridge. For information during the parade, tune to Channel 69.
• 1:30 p.m. - Loudest Sound of Freedom: Participants on both boat and land are encouraged to make as much noise as possible to honor law enforcement, firefighters, emergency responders, frontline health care and essential workers.
• 3 p.m. - Boat parade ends at Memorial Bridge.

The kick-off party for the parade will take place at 1 p.m., at Founders Park in Old Town Alexandria. Watchers are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs, and food and drink.

Land Rally Watch will gather at three locations along the Potomac:

• Waterfront Park, 1A Prince St., Alexandria
• Navy Merchant Marine Memorial at Lady Bird Johnson Park
• Memorial Bridge
