Tampa is a big city and the surrounding areas are rapidly expanding with construction and population. Insurance..all types of insurance is expensive. Tampa is close to the coast so your friend should know what that means. It’s a great place but it’s also expensive to live there. I’m 2 hours south of Tampa.
