I don't have a link, it was BEFORE Rubio ran for Senator but Jeb DIDN'T support Crist back then. Jeb was very instrumental in getting behind his "boy" Rubio to run AGAINST Crist. There was some sort of dust up about federal or state judges that Crist was appointing and Jebby didn't like the person OR persons and wanted Crist to roll over for him. Crist told him that he was the Governor, not Jebby and that started a rift between them. I wish I had a reference for this, but don't. I also think there was more, but something must have happened because Jebby decided on wonder boy Marco leaving Crist in the dust. Crist decided to run as an Independent and the Democrats had Kendrick Meek. Meek was never going to win he had some baggage and I voted for Crist back then. Many Dems attacked me for doing this, but now we see Crist became a Democrat.
As many here know a lot of Dems have had lots of negative feelings about Crist, but even as a past Governor he was more moderate than I expected. So his claim that the Repukes left him is probably true. I suppose he went along with Jebby for a while, but the economy was already in a down turn and Crist had to some of the usual Repuke stuff. Anyway, I'm voting for Crist, well already have and so is all of my family.
I don't know what I'll do if "The Alien" gets re-elected but he has BIG MONEY and BIG PLAYERS pulling out all the stops! It shouldn't be this close but this is Florida and apparently Scott is easy to control! Really gonna be hard to take!
