No one picks up after themselves. There's litter all over the place. Even the public parks are a disgrace. For a city that's all about tourism they sure as hell don't give a damn about cleanliness. And don't get me started about those little dog owners who don't pick up after their dogs!

I've been to third world countries that are neater than this place!
