... and I live in WPB, Fl.

The police can't be everywhere and even with a quick response time tow - three minutes will elapse before they arrive.

Disclaimer - I am a concealed carry permit holder and usually have a 9mm in the glovebox but in 20 years in the Army and 23 since retirement haven't shot anything other than a target.
