Best bet is to stick with the State Parks, https://www.floridastateparks.org/parks-and-trails/. While there might be a National Park or two, Everglades, Canaveral (nps.org) you'll find more State Parks available. I do know several do offer the ability to bring along your dogs, and even camp with them as well. Most of the individual Parks will have information concerning whether you can camp or hike with you Pets.

Simple fact that State of Florida is so large, not knowing where you're heading, impossible to say in general if all of your destinations will accept your 4 legged friend. Will say this, the State Parks website does allow for reserving a site in advance, if you do know of your dates, best to start reserving now, some of the more popular Parks fill up fast.

Good Luck
