22 of 25 cities most at risk of sea level rise are in Florida? I mean, what are the odds?

A former math teacher at a junior college I attended in the late 1990's (he's my age, plus or minus maybe two years and I'm 71) retired to the Florida keys. I honestly can't imagine what he was thinking.
