4. No, the Cincinnati factor is still strong

An old term coined by Bob Graham referring to people who moved from Ohio to Florida, but still subscribed to Ohio papers, supported Ohio churches and schools, sent their kids there, and in general didn't feel when they went to the ballot box that they had skin in the game regarding the quality of schools, towns, and life in Florida.

The current set of retirees could care less about the state in 2050.
