2,493 people have been tested and 314 have tested positive. That's 13%. It means most people being tested probably did so out of panic or because they were in an ALF where others were positive. I hope we aren't wasting too many tests on people who don't need one(many health care professionals were concerned about this due to the large number of "closet hypochondriacs" out there).
