Publix has consistently ranked on the "Fortune Top 100 best Companies to Work For" list for over 20 years.

They are a private, or "Closely held" company in that they offer company stock to employees as part of their retirement package, but they are not a publicly traded company. Penske Truck Leasing as an example, is similar in this regard.

They might be right wing, but they treat their employees well and tend to do the right thing.
