negative. Not sure why.

Today, Seminole County's Covid number jumped to 100 cases. Crazy number. But, the test number for the county went negative. Yesterday it was 28215. Today it is 27315. A negative of 900.

It didn't just happen to Seminole. Yesterday Sumter county was 6161. Today it is 6114. A negative of 47.

What gives? Are they finally straightening out some of the earlier number massaging?
