Off topic but this is a well researched, well written article by a new and different news outlet, The Idaho Capitol Sun. I expect them to outshine Idaho's capital city daily, The Idaho Statesman, in this kind of reporting.

We recently closed our 40+ year subscription to the Statesman because of their declining content and quality. This article is a good example why.
