2. You Can't Enforce "A Curriculum"

Kids are inquisitive. Best way to loose them is to lie to them. The library and the internet have a wealth of resources you can tap on your own. I've relearned my classroom history over the years totally on my own.

The Russians, Chinese and North Koreans all know the official histories taught to them are utter BS. If societies that exercise that much control over their populations can't convince them, what hope do these people have? Hell, we can't convince a large fraction of our population COVID and Global Warming are "real".

They only spout this baloney because it riles up their base and motivates them to keep voting.
