3. Need drier climate

The midwest humidity is very hard on both of us. We lived in AZ for 20 yrs, headed back to the midwest 10 yrs ago and we just have no desire to continue to suffer this horrible humidity. The housing in Boise seems more reasonable than where we are as are the property taxes, etc. We really don't want the extreme heat of the desert either so figure Boise should be somewhere between AZ and the midwest as far as climate.
