Emporia(Lyon Co.),Dodge City (Ford Co.)Garden City (Finney Co.) all have large meat processing plants located in them. (Tyson,Smithfield, Predue) is it any wonder?
I live in Emporia a town of 13,000 about halfway between K.C. and Wichita and yet we have one of the highest SARS-Covna 2 rates in the state, our largest employer is Tyson...hummmm
