Yes, and they still have to put warnings on those silicone moisture packets that they place in electronics because people keep trying to eat them.

In other words, there is no accounting for idiocy. Just because people keep electing them does not necessarily mean that they were 'performing well' as much as it can mean the people are just dumb and keep voting against their own interests.

One is as good as the other when one is talking politics.
