2. Is Louisiana not accepting the ACA Medicaid Expansion? Is Jindal setting up Louisiana taxpayers

to pick up the cost of Medicaid? And moving the money paid to LSU hospitals and workers in to the same taxpayer funded Medicaid? How can Louisiana afford this? Republicans must be dreaming or might be promising, that the ACA will be removed after the 2014 elections.
