1. I'm not trying to parse words...but does this 'fight heroin addiction'

I know it can be life saving...but I don't know if it will curb addiction in any way. BTW, I clicked on this link because I have known a few people addicted to heroin...and to date NOTHING has successfully fought their addiction. I'd actually worry that addicts would take higher doses, etc., if they knew Naloxone was available. I dunno.
