Hostile environment for lgbt, taxes raised on working class and poor, forcing women to buy "rape insurance ", and so many more deliberate things. Those things forced a mass exodus of true democrats and young people from Michigan for over 20 years. We lose good, progressive people constantly because they can't take it anymore, or can no longer make it financially here. And it keeps good progressive minded people from moving here. They are trying to turn us into " Michissippi".
