How can something which was decided in 1973 to be legal (constitutional) be legislated anyway. But, that law might as well make it illegal.

I don't know how long after conception does it take for a woman to miss her period, but I am guessing 1 month, so the 20 is really 16 or less.

The list of exception are a list which I thought even many pro life people agreed with or at least some of them.

The burial aspect is harder on the poor. Which is odd, because 1 second after the baby is born it will be considered a welfare baby and hated.

If Republicans really want to stop abortions then why don't they put their money where there mouth is? Insure sex education for all, provide free contraception, give free health care to the mother along with food stamps to insure proper nutrition, increase adoption funding, if the mother keeps the baby accept that she may be on welfare and increase welfare funding. That is if they REALLY care about the life of the baby.

But, I call most pro life people, pro birth because all they care about is getting the child born then they hate there very existence.

If Republicans would worry more about themselves than what someone else is doing in the bedroom or doing with their own bodies we all would be better off.
