10. According to the OP, Nessel has been selected as the nominee

The primary is scheduled for August 7, 2018. Will Pat Miles or William Nokes appear on the ballot ? The answer is no.

Since Nessel has already been selected 4 months before the primary, it sure appears to be that Miles and Nokes have been removed from consideration. What would you call it then?

I believe that the voters should choose the nominee in the primary; Obviously we disagree.
