"Wells-Fargo Sucks" [View all]
So posting on facebook, one of my former acquaintances explains how she is getting a divorce and that working through Wells-Fargo Mortgage is 'difficult'. All other posters of course agree that divorce is miserable, but each and every other person makes the statement in some form that Wells-Fargo sucks.
I found out from one of my co-workers that got screwed by Wells-Fargo exactly how they screwed him. When he applied for a mortgage he couldn't afford the asking price. What WF did was gave him a regular 30 year mortgage and a 10 year second mortgage with a bubble payment.
Luckily he didn't lose his house.
