Is KCMO a bit more sane than Kansas? It seems Kansas City, MO [View all]

and the St. Louis areas are a bit more sane. Are there areas of KCMO that are really red, or is there a mix of red/blue in most of the KCMO areas? We're contemplating a move to a blue area of KCMO. Thanks for any advice.
