on the back or something? This is my utility. One of the only thing that they have done (and this was done in response to a MO ballot initiative) that a large % of renewable energy (15%) be either created and used in MO...legal issues still remain in the courts that this renewable energy can be purchased outside the boundaries of the state instead of developing the resource here in MO. Again, this energy initiative was one put forth by the voters of MO and when it passed, the legislation bypassed a portion of the ballot initiative by eliminating two critical paragraphs from the ballot initiative (that renewable energy be developed here in MO) prior to being used in MO.
