So in other words, Missouri refuses to fund social issues. Because it sounds like “socialist.” And you know, we grew up hating communism and Russia because of socialism, and it said so in the name of USSR. Of course, Russians are different now, right? The state is my home. So I live around all these haters. Of course, don’t mess with their Social Security and Medicare. Just don’t give it to poor people , just because reasons.
