Some of the comments make me wonder if the people leaving them even live in the area. For example, we have a kook who writes LTTEs to my local newspaper every single week and he doesn't live in the area but he always makes offhand comments "because of something he read online".

I wonder how many of the comments are even made by people who will be affected.
