restrictions are about to occur again.

It does not make sense that someone can go out while in the city of STLMO, till 11 p.m. (current curfew) and then run out to the county, after 11 p.m. and stay out longer (not under a curfew).

That's why the county is seeing so many CV cases. Same thing about Illinois across the river, they're coming over here and spreading the CV around, like I heard yesterday that Illinois had 11K cases of CV, and here in MO, we had 4K cases (and IL is wide open I think).
Just reinfecting / spreading the CV around.
