This who drink will find a way to get their booze. The people will get their smokes, drugs, etc. when they want to do it.

I say give the poor clowns what they want and get them out of the gene pool as soon as possible.

My parents had me drinking beer at the age of 3. I never wanted to drink like some of my friends whose parents were holy rollers. I was in th navy and I still did not want to drink like crazy. Today I have my two beers per day and do not smoke. Some of us can control ourselves and other people are ADDICTS.

Regulate and tax it. Don't do it when in PUBLIC or ON THE ROAD.
