CATSKILL >> Village President Vincent Seeley contends that problems found in a state audit have been corrected and books have been balanced after an almost $7 million error was tracked down through new accounting software.

The comments were made during a telephone conversation, with Seeley saying that problems listed in a state Comptroller’s Office audit have been addressed.
