5. protest?

This "protest" amounts to 2.3% of all students opting out, not really sure I'd even call that a protest. As for it being statewide, that seems doubtful. What's the alternative, these kids are still going to have to take exams, they'll just be in June instead of now? Our kids school handled this very well, preparing the kids and making it less stressed.
