destination to tranship to barges and tankers. They have to heat this crap in order to make it flow from the tank cars. Its dangerous to have this around the millions of gallons of jet fuel, heating oil, and gasoline already stored and shipped from here. The DEC already screwed up, apparently not relating the Albany plan to other Global Oil interests.
