34. Goodhair is trying to appear like he is not afraid to debate

In 2010, Goodhair avoided debating Bill White for some pretty lame reasons. Bill is a form Susman Godfrey trial attorney and would have done well in these debates even though Bill is a commercial trial lawyer who is more use to making arguments to judges than juries. The Susman firm is a truly great litigation firm with some of the strongest trial attorneys in the nation.

Goodhair is trying to demonstrate to the GOP money class that he is not afraid to debate. There is no reason for Cuomo to accept this debate offer and Cuomo would get nothing out of any such debate. Goodhair is trying to send the message to the GOP donor class that 2012 was a fluke due to his back surgery and that Goodhair is really a good debater. I really doubt that this ploy will work.
