voted for the first time this past fall. He registered and voted down in Wilmington. Fortunately for him, we, his parents, still own his car and it is registered in W-S. Push comes to shove he can vote absentee just like me. Since I am military and stationed away from W-S I always vote by absentee ballot. I truly despise what our State government has become.
