This crap is so f-ing empty. They're already doing the seamless transition stuff, and all they talk about is "strategery," so now McCrory is going in and ordering them to do what they're already doing, so he can take credit for it.

The only thing worse than a Democrat talking about education "reform" is a Republican talking about it.

More smoked salmon seminars at NC Museum of Natural Sciences to peddle the same crap (can you tell I've been to many of these things?). I could write their speeches in my sleep.
